A. Please call 1-800-361-6761 extension 156.  Leave a detailed message and a Sales Agent will return your call with the information required to process your request.

Q. I have a product idea for your company - Who can I talk to?

A. Please send an email detailing your idea to customerservice@globe-electric.com, and a Product Specialist will return your inquiry within 48 hours.



Q. What are the sales employment opportunities available at Globe?

Q. How do the warranties work?

A. Consumers must follow packaging instructions for warranties which normally require that the original dated cash receipt, along with the defective bulb be returned to the address as specified on the packaging.
